• Please arrive for your appointment with a clean face, and no eye make-up.

    • Advise your technician if you have been recently treated for any type of eye infection, as your appointment may need to be rescheduled to a later date.

    • Services can not be offered to clients with active eye infections. If you are unsure, please contact Allison before booking.

    • Gently wash your lashes each day using our recommended Lash Shampoo, and ensure you removal all of your eye makeup each evening as part of your bedtime routine.

    • Be gentle with your lashes; no excessive rubbing.

    • Brush lashes with a clean lash brush.

    • Your Lash Refill should be scheduled no later than 3 weeks out from your previous appointment. Appointments scheduled later than 3 weeks are subject to additional service fees.
